I am a qualified Yoga and Pilates Teacher and Retreat Facilitator with over two decades of personal yoga practice.
As a teacher, I offer a variety of yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, Restorative) and craftily weave the elements of yoga philosophy and Sanskrit into my classes.
Lately, I have also supported women at various stages of their menopause journey through yoga, Pilates, breathwork and meditation.
I have taught numerous yoga & Pilates classes in person and online to groups and individuals of different levels and abilities. I’m based in England, but I have also taught in more exotic locations, such as Bali, Borneo, Egypt and the US.
I run annual wellness retreats (that include yoga, Pilates, life coaching, hiking and more) in beautiful places around the world.

I am a certified Life Coach with extensive knowledge of the psychosomatic (mind/body) approach. In simple terms it is “psychology meets yoga” and this is a result of my long-lasting interest in psychology and my personal experience as a yoga practitioner.
I combine traditional life coaching methods (goal setting and addressing specific issues in personal or professional lives) with psychosomatic and neuroplasticity approaches. It means I rely on the elements of practical psychology (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), body-oriented therapy, etc.) with a blend of useful yogic techniques to encourage our bodies and minds to work together as one.
I have been a yoga practitioner for almost 30 years and I love sharing my passion for yoga with others! Since 2019, I have taught yoga to hundreds of groups and individuals from 15 different countries. I am experienced in a variety of styles as well as the teachings of yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, yoga therapy, meditation and pranayama (breathwork). I continuously develop as a teacher and regularly attend retreats, workshops and events hosted by other world-renowned yoga experts.
My yoga is for everyday life and is accessible to everyone. “If you can breathe, you can do yoga!”
